Affirmations

I just finished reading an article by Susan Jeffers, author of "Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway". The article is titled, "Why Affirmations are So Powerful!"
She explains that an affirmation is a strong, positive statement telling us that "all is well" despite what the negativity of the mind may be saying to us and with constant repetition, the negativity is replaced with thoughts of peace, power and love.
She gives us 10 powerful affirmations and explains the deeper meaning behind it. Go to www.susanjeffers.com for more info, but here are the affirmations (repeat each 10 times everyday) :
1) One step at a time is enough for me.
2) Whatever happens, I'll handle it!
3) I reach out and invite others into my life.
4) I focus on my many blessings.
5) I let go and I trust.
6) I know that I count and I act as if I do.
7) The quality of my life depends only on me.
8) I radiate love wherever I go.
9) I am drawing to me all good things.
10) I am powerful and I love it!

I am going to do this for the next 30 days everyday. Let us see how I feel and what happens.

My first blog post

Wow I am so excited to do this. There is so much in the internet world that I was unaware of.
I am preparing for my video script and I think I have nailed it. I am nervous and anxious. I am going on to become a trainer for the Law of Attraction - the science of getting more of what you want and less of what you do not want. This training is under Michael Losier, author of the best-selling book - Law of Attraction!
It is held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from June 5-8 so I have a 6 more sleeps.
I am so excited at this opportunity.
